Slowly move in and out of gentle stretches to prepare your body for stillness so you can expand your mind in meditation.

After a long day this is a great way to move your body softly in preparation for rest or sleep.
It is a gentle session for all to practice in only 20mins.

Yoga for Stress Management
We all experience stress in various ways at various times in our lives but we don’t always know how to manage our stress symptoms and effectively discharge the energy. This is a practice to work on releasing some of your heightened anxiety as well as calm your system back down.

Free the Feet
Work your feet with strengthening exercises, stretching practices and techniques to help mobilise them.

Moving Body Scan
Become aware of sensations in your body as you move. This is a moving meditation and a great way to become aware of your body, release tension and practice mindfulness.

Dirga Breath (3 part breath)
Practice this pranayama (breathing) exercise to help increase your lung capacity, calm down the nervous system, focus the mind and connect to the energy of your body.

Digest Your Day
Slow down and take time to process your day. We will look at this from the physical stance of digestion but also from the emotional, mental and energetic places within us.

Triangle Breathing
This is a simple breathing practice where we shall follow the pattern of inhale/exhale/pause.

Releasing the Body
This is a playful practice which involves lots of free movement, fascia releasing and exploration of the body. You will be surprised how much heat you will release whilst moving!

Anicca (Impermanence)
A gentle sequence based around a Pali Buddhist word Anicca, meaning everything is constantly changing. We shall move slowly through poses and feel all the changes in the moment as they happen.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep and can help you to find a deep state of relaxation in a short amount of time.
