Come together online and practice with me via zoom!
One of the good things which came out of the covid lockdown was many of us mastered how to use online platforms like zoom to continue doing the things we loved. I have decided to maintain two of my classes online weekly so we can stay connected from anywhere.
yoga practices I offer:
Tuesday’s at 6.30pm – General yoga
Thursday’s at 12pm – Mental Health Yoga
If you can’t make it live then I send over the recording so you can practice when you can within two weeks.
Tuesday at 6.30pm
We shall practice a variety of yoga styles from yin to more flowing dynamic sequences.
Each class has a different focus where you will explore the body/mind in all its multiple facets. It is an opportunity for you to become more knowledgeable about your own body as you develop physical strength, improve mobility, discover breathing practices, dabble in meditation and much more.
The sessions are suitable for most levels but may vary in intensity.
Mental Health Yoga
Thursday at 12pm
A class for those who want to maintain a holistic approach to their mental health. We shall practice breath work, movement and mediation and all kinds of fun and play.
Each week we explore something different and always pay attention to how we attend to our mental health by not only looking at the mind and our thoughts but the whole body and all its layers.
