Yoga Therapy is a vastly expanding therapeutic practice which offers the individual the opportunity to inquire not only into the physical body, but the mind, energy and emotional bodies and how they are all intertwined.

I have been a qualified yoga therapist from the Minded Institute since 2020 and use my extensive knowledge to welcome each client into a space of personal inquiry.

I have grasped the scientific foundations which lie beneath the ancient yogic teachings to validify the benefits of using yoga in a therapeutic way.

My unique approach is less about using specific techniques but guiding clients intuitively as they unravel their own understandings about themselves.

I welcome a variety of reasons for people wanting to explore yoga therapy, but specialise in trauma, anxiety and stress. I’m situated in the beautiful countryside of Buckinghamshire, near the Oxfordshire border but also available online via zoom.

I am available for private yoga therapy sessions in Glasgow City Centre, Scotland or online Via Zoom.

Once we have had a brief phone chat for me to acknowledge your therapeutic needs, we will arrange our therapy session together.

There is a new client form to be filled before we meet in person or online.

Our first session together will be 90 mins at a cost of £90

Any sessions after the initial meeting are 60 mins at £60
